Go Gentle Care

Experience in Care

We have been operating as a visiting (Home, Domiciliary) Care company since 2008, so we have a good deal experience in this area and a truly professional and competent team who are always willing to go the extra mile.

Having managed live-in care means your care service is directly managed by Go Gentle Care. This means we monitor your service, train and supervise your carers. You can always contact us should you have any concerns you wish to discuss with us, we pay your carers directly and ensure your wellbeing.

Actively Managed Care

We are actively involved in your care provision, you can call us at any and we will answer all your queries. We advertise and recruit all carers, interview them, stringently reference check, complete their disclosure barring service (DBS, formerly CRB) checks and we train them specifically to meet your needs.

We believe it is extremely important to match the client with the carer, and so will vet all potential live-in carers for not only their professional skills and specialisms, but also their personality traits, interests and hobbies, to ensure there is a good "fit".

We take complete responsibility for organising your care rota, provide replacement carers in emergencies and to cover planned holiday.

Our Vision

Our Mission

Our mission is to offer services that are focused on promoting clients’ independence and dignity by providing them with choice and control of service, so they attain maximum potential in life. Thus, our mission statement is undergirded by the principle of common respect for humanity and these fuels our relentless effort in protecting clients’ well-being and safeguard them from harm. Supporting the right of service users to live normal patterns of life within their own homes and facilities as well as in their own communities a  key feature of what we do.

Our philosophy is based on the uncompromising requirement that all actions undertaken by our staff are consistent with individual’s human rights and their need for assistance. We recognize that an individual’s choices may from time to time be subject not only to legal expectations but also to wider social obligations.

We acknowledge that the outcome of intervention will be dependent upon the efforts of any given service and on the abilities and needs of individuals, their families and carers. We therefore work in partnership with all key health and social care professionals who are involved in the provision health care to our service users, families and loved ones to ensure that they live a fulfilled life.

At Go Gentle Care, we promote equal opportunity and make no distinction for choice of client because our services are intended for all Adults of all ages irrespective of their disabilities or needs.

We believe in our goal to make health and social care services affordable and accessible to all so that we can take preventative actions rather than focusing on cure. Our approach to achieving our goal is based on helping people in identifying their health and social care risks and support them to make lifestyle changes that will positively impact on their health and wellbeing. We work to ensure that our services are outcome focused, person-centred where service users have control over the desires and expectations of their services.

We work to offer you the choice and flexibility with your care needs either health and personal needs in your own home or other daily routines, without ever compromising on the quality of care. Our services are tailored around your expectations and requests.

We continually monitor the services offered through constant feedback from our service users and their relatives. We are continually listening to your changing needs and tailoring our services to meet them.

Your honest feedback is essential in helping us improve outcomes.
